This first call is "on the house". I'll ask some questions to get an overview of your challenges and goals. Then we will do some coaching, where you get be honest about what's really going on. My aim is for you to walk away with clarity about your next right step.

What's Included In 1:1 Coaching...

1:1 Onboarding Call

We will kick things off going through your New Client Intake Form. This identifies your challenges, highlights opportunities and determines your goals for our work together. 

Twice monthly 1:1 calls

Coaching is a 6- or 12-month commitment, with regularly scheduled 2x a month sessions. You get customized and personalized support with your most immediate challenges, while working towards your bigger picture goals.
